AMI’s Largest Rental, 4 kitchens, Spa, Heated Pool, Rooftop Deck.

This house was perfect for my family of 20; it had separate units for each of my four families. The pool was excellent and got lots of use; the downstairs lounge was huge and provided a group setting for nightly meals and movies. A short walk to the beach was not a problem especially since we loaded tents, chairs, towels and all our beach stuff on the golf cart and drove them straight over. The house has everything we needed; we did not need our pull cart, our beach chairs or any beach towels or beach floats or water toys. Definitely opt for the golf cart; it got lots of use, especially when the day got hot.

This was our second time staying here and it has not disappointed. It’s perfect for a multi family stay as it’s great for all gathering together yet easy to spread out and have alone time due to the multi suite setup. It is a great location for walking to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Anytime we have had a question or an issue arise the host has responded immediately. Thanks for another memorable stay!

This was our 3rd time to stay at your place. We love it! The kitchen, bathroom & showers in the community room Was such a wonderful addition!! Everything as always was clean and very well taken care of. If we had to give a suggested it would be the bath towels. It is the only thing everyone mentioned . They are just very thin and small. Other than that our stay was perfect! We look forward to staying again in 2026!
