Pool was a little cold

Family Tides was perfect for our group of 23. The location is great. We were just a short walk to the beautiful beach, grocery store, and shopping. The pool area is fantastic! Lots of room to hangout. Plenty of seating. The grills are also a plus! It was nice to have a hot tub for the early mornings and evenings. The house itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The large room off the pool area was nice for us to gather at. The garage was stocked with beach accessories-wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more. The host was great to work with. We absolutely would recommend this property. Our stay was very enjoyable!

Five families, including 11 teen boys, enjoyed an amazing spring break at Family Tides. The place is divided so that each family had their own unit for privacy, but we could all come together for meals and recreation. Our boys slept in the largest unit and used the rec room for watching sports and playing card games. The included golf cart was great for short trips to the grocery store which is conveniently located a couple minutes away by car or on foot. The pool/pool deck was a great place to meet in the evening for dinner. Jon and his crew have stocked the units with just about everything you could need along with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. And the beach is only a short, 2-minute, walk in the opposite direction. All of us highly recommend Family Tides as a great location for your Anna Maria Island vacation.

Best rental ever. Came here for a spring break highschool baseball tournament. Stayed in this awesome house with 4 families. It was perfect. Comfortable, spacious, so close to the beach and grocery. Will stay here again!

I spent a week here with my family and friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, even though we all spent a lot of time in the rec room playing games and partying. The house is so convenient to the beach, trolley, grocery store, restaurants. The golf cart is great amenity with this house. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing that was going to ruin the fun. I felt like there should have been a better supply of toilet paper and paper towels, so that we wouldn’t have had to ask for more or go buy it. I recommend having some kind of cleaning spray or solution for wiping down counters and tables. We had to go buy some because wiping down with dish soap and water just doesn’t do the job. The floors didn’t seem like they had been cleaned good in awhile, my granddaughters feet were black the first day from the floor in her suite. It advertised bikes that were not there. It is definitely stocked with enough beach chairs and toys for the entire group. My granddaughter loved the little play area that was a new addition I was told. I am also not sure if it was the time of year that we there, but the pool doesn’t get any sun until the afternoon. We laid out in the sun on the roof and the porch until we were able to use the pool lounge chairs. All in all it was a great week and I would recommend this property and would probably book again if I had big group visiting the area.
