Fairwinds: Tropical Getaway with Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room & Steps to Gulf Beaches

This was our second trip to Anna Maria Island and this rental was a great stay for our family of 6. Easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Lots of "extras" provided to use - floaties, beach chairs, wagon, coolers, etc. More amenities than we have had at other vacation rentals. Seamless check in/check out. We hope to return again and will definitely check to see if this rental is available when we do.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the house was - From kitchen utensils to games for rainy days. The pool area had plenty of space and we loved the seating area under the umbrella. It was strategically located close to a beach walk over which was also a plus - no need to hunt for parking.

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island. House was great. Pool was amazing and well stocked for the kids. Game room was great for my daughters. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to AMI for over 10 years and we have stayed at 8 different houses. Fair winds was the best equipped house in which we stayed. Almost anything you could think of was here including an array of spices. The outside and inside spaces were terrific. The house accommodated our group of 12. Jon and Aiden were quick to respond with any issues.
